
Superfood Freezer Fudge
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup your favorite unsweetened nut/seed butter (I like Almond Butter or Nutzo)
- ½ cup melted coconut oil
- ¼ cup raw cacao powder
- 6–8 drops of monk fruit or Stevia (or) 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup*
- 1 Tbsp Raw Cacao Nibs
- Himalayan or Maldon Sea Salt
Instructions
- Melt Coconut Oil in a large pyrex measuring cup
- Add all ingredients to pyrex cup except for sea salt, stir until well combined
- Fill up your favorite silicone mold holder (ice cube size)
- Sprinkle Sea Salt on Top
- Freeze for 15-20 minutes or until frozen in Freezer
- Store in glass-covered container in freeze (if there is any left)
Notes
If you’re using a flexible silicone mold, be sure to put the mold on a cookie sheet before pouring in the mixture.
*Note: If you are concerned about blood sugar levels, opt for the monk fruit or stevia
