Super Simple Chia Seed Pudding

34 Tablespoons Chia Seeds

1 Cup Nut Milk (I like unsweetened vanilla almond, coconut or cashew)

2 Tsp maple syrup, honey or Stevia

¼ Tsp Vanilla

Toppings:

✨Granola (check out my easy recipe link in bio)

✨Fresh Berries

✨1 Tablespoon Nut Butter

Instructions

Directions:

✨In a mason jar, add chia seeds, milk, sweetener and vanilla. Put lid on jar and shake to combine.

✨Put jar in fridge for 1-2 hours or overnight. Make sure the mixture is thick…if not add a bit more chia seeds and put back in fridge for 30 mins or so.

✨Add your favorite toppings! Will last up to 5 days in the fridge.
