Sunshine Smoothie

A powerful, tasty FUN5 Smoothie with MASSIVE antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and Immune Boosting properties!  One of my favorite “any time” smoothies!




10 ounces unsweetened nut or Flax mylk

1 Serving of your favorite unsweetened protein powder

¼ cup goji berries

1 ounce shot of “liquid gold” or a shot from your favorite healthy juice bar

1 Tbsp unsweetened nut butter

½ Banana

1 Tsp Cinnamon


Optional Ingredients:

1 Tbsp Raw Cacao Nibs pulsed (still crunchy) after blending



  1. Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender until smooth.
  2. Optional: Add in raw cacao nibs after blending and quickly pulse just to mix.  Make sure they are still crunchy so you will “chew” your smoothie.
