Golden Dressing

Makes about ¾ cup


  • 3 Tablespoons tahini
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • 1 Tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 Tablespoon roughly chopped cilantro leaves
  • 2 Teaspoons raw honey (wildflower or orange blossom works best)
  • ½ Teaspoon Himalayan Sea Salt + more if needed
  • ½ Teaspoon ground turmeric


In a blender, combine all ingredients with ¼ cup plus 2 Tablespoons of water.  Blend until smooth.  Taste and add more salt, if desired.  Store in fridge for up to 5 days.
