Green Goddess Dressing

Makes about 1 Cup



  • 1 small shallot, roughly chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons brown rice vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • ½ bunch fresh cilantro, stems trimmed and chopped
  • ¼ cup basil leaves
  • 2 Tablespoons mint leaves
  • 1 Avocado, pitted and cut into larger pieces
  • 1 Teaspoon Himalayan Sea Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil


In a blender, combine everything except the salt and olive oil.  Once combined add in the sea salt, olive oil and ¼ cup of water.  Blend until smooth.  Add additional water.  Store in fridge with saran wrap touching the top of dressing for up to 3 days.
