¼ cup pineapple (you can go for organic frozen as well)
½ Banana
¼ of an avocado
1 cup spinach (or your favorite leafy green)
½ fresh lemon juice
2 inch piece of fresh ginger (or 1 tsp powdered ginger)
1 tsp Spirulina powder (I love Blue Majik)
Ice Cubes
