10 oz. Plant Based Mylk (Upgrade by making your own! Try my recipe for Hemp Mylk here)
¼ cup pineapple (you can go for organic frozen as well)
½ Banana
¼ of an avocado
1 cup spinach (or your favorite leafy green)
½ fresh lemon juice
2 inch piece of fresh ginger (or 1 tsp powdered ginger)
1 tsp Spirulina powder (I love Blue Majik)
Ice Cubes


  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high until smooth
  2. Sprinkle your favorite nuts, seeds or raw cacao nibs on top for crunch!
