Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder (20 to 30g)
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • squeeze of lemon juice
  • handful of spinach
  • 1 small Persian cucumber (optional)
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves (optional)
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1  Pitted Date (omit or use monkfruit for no sugar option)
  • 12 oz unsweetened almond milk
  • Handful of Ice

Add-in:

  • 1 Tbsp Raw Cacao Nibs

Instructions

Blend all ingredients, minus cacao nibs until smooth.  Pulse in Cacao nibs for a few seconds at end. Enjoy!
