Ingredients
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder (20 to 30g)
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- squeeze of lemon juice
- handful of spinach
- 1 small Persian cucumber (optional)
- 1/4 cup mint leaves (optional)
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 Pitted Date (omit or use monkfruit for no sugar option)
- 12 oz unsweetened almond milk
- Handful of Ice
Add-in:
- 1 Tbsp Raw Cacao Nibs
Instructions
Blend all ingredients, minus cacao nibs until smooth. Pulse in Cacao nibs for a few seconds at end. Enjoy!
