
Green with Envy Minted Smoothie (just in time for St. Patty’s Day!)
Ingredients
Scale
1 serving vanilla protein powder (20 to 30g)
2 Tbsp chia seeds
squeeze of lemon juice
handful of spinach
1 small Persian cucumber (optional)
1/4 cup mint leaves (optional)
1/4 avocado
1 Pitted Date (omit or use monkfruit for no sugar option)
12 oz unsweetened almond milk
Handful of Ice
Add-in:
1 Tablespoon Raw Cacao Nibs
Instructions
Blend all ingredients, minus cacao nibs until smooth. Pulse in Cacao nibs for a few seconds at end. Enjoy!
