Green Acai Smoothie
- 1 Serving of your favorite clean vanilla protein powder
- 1–2 Tbsp organic almond butter
- 1–2 Tbsp chia or whole flaxseeds (you can do a combo)
- Organic acai (frozen (1) serving size)
- ½ banana (frozen if possible)
- 12–16 ozs unsweetened Flax Mylk (or your favorite)
- Handful of greens (Spinach or a mild lettuce work well)
- 1 tsp Ceylon Cinnamon
Optional add ins:
- 1 tsp of your favorite superfood spice
- Raw Cacao Nibs pulsed in at end.
Place all ingredients in high-speed blender and blend.
