
Cashew Cream
- Prep Time: minimum 4 hours for soaking
- Total Time: soak time + 5 minutes
Ingredients
• 1 cup Cashews, soaked at least 4 hours in filtered water, rinsed and drained
• 2 Tbsp pure Maple Syrup
• ¼ cup unsweetened Almond or Cashew Milk
• 1 tsp Vanilla Bean Powder or Extract
Instructions
In a high powered blender, place Cashews, Maple Syrup, Milk and Vanilla. Blend on high for 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth. Use right away or store in an airtight container in fridge for up to 5 days.
Great on cut fruit!!
