
Carrot Cake Smoothie
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 Tbsp almond butter
- 1 Tbsp flaxseeds
- 1 cup chopped raw carrots
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cardamom
- 10 oz unsweetened nut milk
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- Handful of greens
Optional Topper:
1 Tbsp raw pecans or walnuts
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender. Blend to desired consistency
- Pulse in nuts to keep the crunch
