
Brain and Gut Boosting Smoothie
Ingredients
Scale
- 8–10 oz of your favorite non-dairy milk (I used unsweetened flax)
- ½ Avocado
- Small handful of spinach
- 1 Tbsp Raw Cacao Powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Ice
- Stevia or 1 Date (if needed for sweetness)
- Fresh Mint (optional)
Boosters:
- 1 serving Collagen
- 1 tsp Turmeric
(Feel free to add or change boosters that work best for your body)
Instructions
Blend all. Raw Cacao bibs on top for crunch!
