Berry Chia Jam

  • 2 cups frozen berries (your choice)
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup (optional)


  1. Heat frozen berries in a small sauce pan on stove
  2. When berries are warm, mash with a fork or potato masher to desired consistency.
  3. Add chia seeds and maple syrup (if using)
  4. Store in refrigerator up to 7 days
