Avocado Tahini Sauce
- 1 small avocado (or ½ a large one)
- 1½ Tbsp tahini
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 small garlic clove
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp water
- salt and pepper
Blend all ingredients together in blender and use as sauce or dressing.
Optional: Add a pinch of Cayenne for an extra kick!
