Avocado My Chocolate Pudding with Coconut Cream Topping

  • 4 Avocados (not overly ripe if you want less avocado flavor)
  • 1 cup unsweetened Raw Cacao Powder
  • 23 Dates (soft) Depends on your level of sweetness
  • 1 cup full fat Coconut Milk (or Cream if you have on hand)
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 pinches of Cinnamon (optional)

Optional Toppings:

    • Coconut Whipped Cream
    • Gluten Free Granola
    • Fresh fruit ( I love blueberries)


Blend all ingredients (minus topping) in a blender/food processor until smooth. Make sure to chill 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving! Enjoy!!

Easy Coconut Cream Recipe

  • 14 oz Can of Coconut Cream (I love Trader Joe’s) or Full Fat Coconut milk (put both in fridge overnight)
  • 1 Tbsp coconut sugar or raw honey
  • Combine ingredients in a blender and whip well. Chill and enjoy!
