
Avocado Hummus
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 can garbanzo beans
- 1 avocado, pitted and peeled
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsp tahini
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Himalayan sea salt
- 1/4 water
Instructions
Put all ingredients in the food processor and blend until smooth and creamy
