
AgeLESS Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
- 10 oz unsweetened nut milk (I love flax)
- 1/2 frozen Banana
- 1 tsp Ceremonial grade Matcha
- 1/2 tsp blue algae or Spurilina
- 1 Handful of Fresh mint
- 1 Handful of spinach or favorite greens
- 1 serving of your favorite protein powder
- 1 serving of your favorite marine collagen (my fave brand is Within Us)
- 2 Tbsp tahini
- 2 Tbsp hemp hearts
Toppings as desired. I use:
- Blueberries or Goiji Berries
- Sprouted almonds or my “Nola”
- Coconut
- Unsweetened Raw Cacao Nibs
- Bee pollen
Instructions
Add all smoothie bowl ingredients to a high powered blender. If you have a blender temper, I found that to be helpful to help mix everything without making it too liquid-y. Add nut milk as needed until you reach your desired consistency.
Top with your favorite toppings
