I believe in

The Principal Three Rule

01

Live Happy

Take a quick assessment of your life. Has your battery light been on for weeks years? Do you need to hit that recharge button? What do your daily self-care rituals look like?  Do you get enough “quality” sleep?  (These all play a vital part in living H-A-P-P-Y.)

02

Be Healthy

Do you make healthy food choices most of the time?  Do you get the right type of nutrients that YOUR body needs? Where are you falling short?

03

Be Whole

This is pure science! If your diet and lifestyle aren’t in sync, you can’t be or feel whole. (It’s that simple.) It’s not about quick-fix diet plans or a stress management crash courses. Rather, it’s an entire way of life.

Hey! I’m Jayne Williams.

And I’m so insanely passionate about custom, whole nutrition because I know exactly how important it is first-hand(This is just a fancy way of saying I grew up in Connecticut as the child of divorced parents, and I struggled with diet and stress management issues my entire life.)

On the outside I was always the happy kid, smiling ear-to-ear and laughing the loudest. On the inside, I was a wreck. My stress and anxiety caused gut problems, which caused more stress and anxiety, which caused more gut problems. (You get the picture.)

It manifested more as I grew up. If I wasn’t chugging a Coke and working around the clock, I wasn’t sure what to do with myself. The real kicker came when I ended up in the emergency room with crippling stomach pain. A colonoscopy later revealed I had a severe case of Irritable Bowel Syndrome. (I got lucky.)

Instead of finding an alternative path to better health, I went on a Class C drug for 6 years. The drugs didn’t really work, but they did really interfere with me getting pregnant for the first time. It wasn’t until I tapped into ME that things started coming together.

Yes, ME. By listening to what MY body needed to thrive (not just survive), I was able to kick caffeine and fried foods to the curb, dump my IBS drug for good, and find the right nutritional supplements for my body.

The revealing results? I got pregnant!

And my living, breathing, 9 year-old daughter is daily proof of just how powerful whole health can be.

Jayne graduated from Marist College with a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism.  She is a Certified Nutritional Consultant in integrative health from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and a graduate student in Clinical Nutrition/Integrative Health at Maryland University of Integrative Health.  She loves spending time with her husband, daughter and 2 dogs.

So, can I level with you for a sec?

There is NO magic one-size-fits-all approach to healthy living.

After all, the human body is a sum of all its parts, and it’s my job to identify the areas that are causing imbalance (and all sorts of stress) to your life—and then empower you to make the changes that will have the biggest impact.

Seemingly “small” things like an unknown food allergy to milk or too much time spent sitting in front of a computer create a negative domino effect that can be felt throughout your entire body. By treating you as a whole person, nourishing your body with whole foods, and removing toxins + additive substances, we’re treating the underlying causes of weight gain, fatigue, and disease. (Disease is basically dis-ease in the body.)

At the end of the day, it’s about helping you discover and celebrate whole, nutritious, good-for-YOU food that’s accessible, easy to make, and completely satisfying.

So take a hop, skip (or jump) inside.

Because when it comes to you, your health, and your whole, balanced life? The best is yet to come.
